What a day to remember!

We were blown away by the encouragement, faith and support we received as we gathered with supporters and volunteers to celebrate 20 years of TLG.

Tim Morfin is the founder and Chief Executive of TLG. Tim, together with a group of other volunteers from a local church, began TLG by helping young people struggling in school in Bradford. He now leads the organisation nationally, still committed to bringing hope and a future to children and their families. He is married to Rachel and has three teenage sons.

Jonny is TLG’s Communications Manager, having started out working in the TLG education centre in Reading. He is passionate about seeing children enjoy school and have hope for their future. Ever the performer, Jonny is still optimistic he will one day fulfil his dream of becoming a Blue Peter presenter.

My son recently came to me with his Christmas list. After much consideration, he’d carefully scribbled down what he might receive this year, dreaming of opening that special gift on the 25th. At seventeen years old, some things haven’t changed since he was small enough to sit on my knees!
