Who are the facilitators?
Chris is a Lev
el 7 Accredited Executive Coach (Henley Business School), a Certified MBTI Step II Practitioner, and a Chartered Manager. He holds an MSc in Senior Leadership and an MA in Leadership and Mission, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience to his coaching practice. Chris is also the co-author of the leadership manual, Leadiagrams: 52 Visuals to Help You Thrive in Your Faith and Lead Effectively.
Through his practice (chrisfrostcoaching.com), Chris serves as a "thinking partner" for senior leaders across business, education, charitable, and health sectors. Grounded in ICF competencies, his coaching is solutions-focused and person-centred, providing a safe, reflective space for meaningful exploration of goals and challenges. A Leeds-based leader, Chris serves as Team Leader at Gateway Church and UK Team Leader for ChristCentral. He is passionate about helping Christian leaders thrive in the marketplace, empowering them to lead with purpose and excellence in their calling.
Helen is an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach, trained in C-Me, Time to Think, Emotional Logic and Systemic Social Work.
She has over 15 years’ experience working with young people in challenging circumstances, whether that be young people excluded from school, young adults leaving the care system, or youth in probation. Helen now works with managers and senior leaders in probation, social services, local authorities, and social housing agencies, partnering with socially minded organisations and charities to support, train, and coach their teams.
Helen has seen time and again the transformational power of coaching to get to the heart of a challenge and empower people to change. She is excited to be a part of the Coaching Academy, supporting others to sharpen their coaching skills and grow in confidence to better support those they walk along side.
Chianne is an ICF-accredited ACC coach, currently working towards her PCC accreditation, and a counsellor passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and deepen their self-awareness.
She began her coaching journey in 2015 with Spear, supporting young people facing barriers to employment through its award-winning programme. She later joined Spear’s (formerly Resurgo) corporate consulting team, where she partnered with organisational leaders to embed a coaching approach to management and to navigate feedback and conflict with greater clarity and confidence.
Chianne now works with Psalt Open, partnering with leaders through the Managing with Difference in Mind programme. She equips managers to lead individuals effectively, embrace difference, and consistently bring out the best in their people. She has also worked with leaders across a range of sectors, including Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Tesco, Red Bull, Mondelez, Diageo, Love Your Neighbour, and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation. Chianne holds an MSc in Integrative Counselling & Coaching and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She finds deep joy in facilitating moments of insight and self-discovery, holding a strong belief in each client’s God-given capacity to grow, step into their full potential, and truly “bloom where they are planted.”

Frequently Asked Questions
For our founding-cohort, launching in Autumn 2026, we’re delighted to offer a special discounted rate of £2,495 per person. (Standard price £2,745 per person) This covers all training and resources across the year.
The Academy is a complete, one‑year programme that includes a 35‑hour UCA‑accredited coaching certification. Further accreditation is optional and sits beyond the course.
Once all requirements for accreditation are met, there is a a one-off accreditation processing fee of £250 and a small additional cost for annual membership with the Universal Coaching Alliance of £55.
A deposit of £495 will be required to secure your place on the Leadership Coaching Academy Programme.

As a participant in the TLG Leadership Coaching Academy, you will learn alongside a cohort of likeminded Christian leaders, facing similar leadership challenges. On completion of the Academy, you will receive certification for a 35hour coaching course accredited by the Universal Coaching Alliance (UCA), to strengthen your professional profile. The Academy is a complete, one‑year programme which includes this 35‑hour UCA‑accredited coaching certification. Pursuing full coach accreditation is an optional pathway beyond the course.
Designed for Christian leaders carrying responsibility for people and culture, the Academy spans seven modules and equips you with a coaching approach that builds clarity, responsibility, and sustainable change. You’ll develop practical skills to move beyond firefighting and directive leadership, enabling better thinking, healthier relationships, and lasting cultural impact across teams and organisations.
You will engage with some of the most effective and transformational coaching models and tools available, drawing on the work of thinkers such as Nancy Kline, Dan Siegel, Sir John Whitmore, Carol Dweck, David Drake, and Albert Ellis.
