Find support for your child
Your child doesn't have to face this alone.
We know how hard it is to watch a child struggle, and to feel like the system isn't listening. TLG Therapeutic Hubs exists for exactly this moment - real, consistent, professional support for children and families who are finding life hard.
Our counsellors are trained to recognise what's really going on, and to build the kind of trusted relationship where a child feels safe enough to for safe enough to express their emotions and experiences freely. If your child is struggling - even quietly - we want to help.
Every child is welcomed. Every family is respected. No background, belief or circumstance puts support out of reach.
Our Therapeutic Hubs will be launching in Autumn 2026.
Why families choose a TLG Therapeutic Hub
Qualified, caring counsellors. Your child works with a trained, trauma-informed counsellor who takes the time to build trust — not a place on a waiting list.
Help now, not in months. Whether your child doesn’t meet the threshold for NHS specialist services, or is already on a long waiting list, we can offer support now - not a year from now.
A safe, welcoming place. Sessions take place in a warm, consistent local setting where your child can feel safe enough to open up.
Open to every family. Whatever your background, beliefs or circumstances, you’re welcome here.
Cost should never be the barrier. Support is offered based on what your family can manage, with bursary help available.
Find community, belonging and meals that matter.
Life can feel especially hard during the school holidays. Alongside the pressure of stretching household budgets further, children can miss the routine, friendships and activities that school provides. For many families, this can be an isolating time, making it harder to find moments of connection, support and belonging.
No family should have to face these challenges alone.
Through Make Lunch, we're responding to the challenges that can place additional strain on children's mental health and family wellbeing. While financial pressures and food insecurity can be part of the picture, many families also face isolation, loneliness and a lack of spaces where they feel welcome and supported. Make Lunch creates opportunities for families to connect with others, enjoy time together and become part of a community that helps them feel seen, valued and less alone.
TLG Make Lunch clubs offer a welcoming space where families can enjoy nutritious meals together, take part in activities, build relationships and connect with their local community. For families experiencing the impact of rising costs, poverty or isolation, Make Lunch provides a place to belong, without judgement.
More than just support during the holidays, Make Lunch helps families build lasting connections and access local networks of practical and emotional support. It is about strengthening community, reducing isolation and ensuring families feel seen, valued and supported throughout the year.
Together, we're making hope real for children and families facing tough circumstances, through community, belonging and meals that matter.
