Church Relationships Coordinator

Starting Salary: £17, 223 - £19,237
Working hours: 37.50 Hours

The National Development Team is passionate about growing the UK-wide reach and impact of TLG, engaging supporters and churches prayerfully, practically and financially. The Church Relationships Coordinator will work across two teams, TLG’s Church Partnership team and the TLG National Speaker Team. Both of these teams work closely together and are dedicated to building relationships with churches of all shapes and sizes. We're looking for a confident communicator to build relationships with churches at a range of points in their journey with TLG. We are seeking someone who loves the local church, can inspire vision and is incredibly passionate about giving hope and a future to struggling children and their families.

As the key relationship builder for churches starting their journey with TLG, we’re really excited about the part the Church Relationships Coordinator will play in a range of projects that the Church Partnership team is involved in. In the last few years, we have seen an unprecedented period of growth as new church partners join our vision and so we’re really excited about the key part your role will play in continuing that growth.

As part of the wider TLG National Speaker Team you will be working with a highly driven team who are at the forefront of establishing TLG as a household name in churches across the UK bringing in vital regular income and supporter engagement. Your main responsibility will be to influence, arrange and support a high volume of speaking opportunities in both Partner and Non-Partner churches across the country.

We are looking for individuals who have a strong and vibrant Christian faith. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.

Data Insight and Systems Specialist

Starting Salary: £20,061 - £25,594 (FTE)
Working hours: 22.5 - 37.5 hours (3 - 5 days per week using flexitime to enable occasional evening and weekend work)

The National Development Department consists of four teams who develop and grow the UK-wide reach of the charity. Whether engaging churches, supporters, corporates or the press, the National Development team are passionate champions for the work, inspiring partnerships that will enable TLG to transform thousands more young people’s lives in the years ahead.

The post holder will be passionate about making as much of an impact as possible in order to support the growth of TLG to be helping 10,000 children a year by 2026 and to raise awareness of the issues facing struggling children in the UK today. TLG is growing significantly, so applicants must be up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment! For the right applicant this will be an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, pioneering team.

An exciting new and vital role, we are seeking an experienced Data Analyst & Systems Specialist, responsible for the capture, analysis and presentation of supporter and church data to inform decision-making, strategy and effective reporting and establish a solid. analytical platform within the TLG National Development Team. You will produce insightful, accurate and automated reporting that will drive efficiency, income, church partnerships and supporter relationships for the 1000s of supporters and churches that we interact with.

We are looking for someone who is driven, analytical, proactive and able to inspire confidence in others. You will have experience of CRM data analysis and the skills required to communicate this information clearly to others. You may already have a proven track record of success in a fundraising environment or are new to the charity sector but have transferable skills that can make a real difference. Either way, it’s an exciting time to join the organisation and help shape the future of TLG.

We are looking for candidates with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS.

The role will be based either at TLG's National Support Centre (West Yorkshire) or remote based with time each week in West Yorkshire.

Head of National Development

Starting Salary: £40,806 - £51,020 (FTE) (depending on experience)
Working hours: 4-5 days (including occasional evening and weekend work)
Closing Date: Monday, October 26th, 2020
Location: National Support, West Yorkshire

The post holder will work alongside the Director of National Development to lead and support the four teams who fundraise for and grow the impact of the organisation within National Development, as well as personally leading the growth of Major Donor partnerships. We are looking for a proven leader and manager with excellent interpersonal and relational skills, who has a track record of exceeding expectations and results.

The post-holder must understand how to inspire, challenge and motivate a range of high-level stakeholders to engage with the work of TLG, as well as being able to demonstrate significant leadership experience! They will be an excellent communicator – both written and verbal and will be excited to make a significant difference for struggling children through this varied and influential role. They will have a strong attention to detail as well as being able to focus on high level strategy and delivery. Ideally, they will have a range of fundraising, communications or advocacy experience or they will be able to demonstrate significant transferable skills.

The individual will be passionate about making as much of an impact as possible in order to support both the growth of TLG to be helping 10,000 struggling children a year by 2026 and about raising awareness of the issues children are facing in the UK today. As a rapidly growing charity, we are focused on becoming a household name in order to be able to make a substantial difference for struggling children across the country, and the applicant must be up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment! For the right applicant this will be an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, pioneering team who spearhead the growth of the organisation.
