Simon is the Founder of Forge Leadership Consultancy, an organisation committed to growing and developing leaders through training and coaching. Prior to Forge, Simon led Samaritan’s Purse UK as Chief Executive from September 2003 to May 2017, after a successful business career in the telecommunications industry. With strengths in ideation, developing others, strategic thinking and activation, Simon has a wealth of experience in helping to build inspiring relational and values-based organisations that transform society.
