As well as being one of TLG's school development managers, Deborah is the new Education Policy Lead and has over twenty years of teaching and pastoral experience in diverse education settings in London. Deborah has a real drive to affect lasting change for the children TLG works with and is compelled by the burden of social injustice and what it is to stand up for those that are disadvantaged within the education system.
