Revd Natasha Beckles is a curate, an educator, an organisational culture and leadership consultant, and an independent adoption-fostering panelist.
She has been licensed by the Bishop of Edmonton to consider youth ministry and contextual safeguarding practice.
Natasha has enjoyed a highly successful career in school improvement exercising her passion for improving educational outcomes for excluded communities through inclusive teaching practice and innovative curriculum design. Natasha has spent the last decade test driving her theories as an Assistant Headteacher and Inclusion Manager serving the Broadwater Farm Estate in Tottenham, where she is credited with establishing an outstanding inclusion ethos, training, systems and practice.
Natasha has a long-standing reputation for uncompromising safeguarding and SEND advocacy; and ‘impeccable’ restorative and trauma informed behaviour management.
