Martin is co-founder and Chairman of Michelmersh Brick Holdings plc, a brick manufacturing business with five sites in the UK and one in Belgium.

He is passionate about social transformation and connecting Christians with needs in their community.

He is Chairman of The Jericho Foundation, a Birmingham based charity which runs programmes and social enterprises to give skills to those with barriers to finding employment, Cinnamon Network which supports churches to engage their communities through social action, and DENS, a charity which runs a 44 room hostel, move on accommodation and foodbank.
