Dayalan oversees the South Asian Forum, a part of the Evangelical Alliance which exists to connect and support the growing UK Asian church as well as help churches intentionally seek a greater engagement with Asians of other faiths. This is done through a number of initiatives including running cross-cultural mission training events, hosting regular events to gather South Asian church leaders as well as ensuring a South Asian church perspective is fed into the wider work of the UK church. He is particularly passionate about mentoring and encouraging other Christians to fulfil their purpose and potential. He is also an established property business owner and mentors others in their entrepreneurial and property business journeys.
