TLG Partnerships Team Administrator (Maternity cover)

Starting Salary: £16,309 (FTE)
Working hours: 15.00 Hours (9.30am-12.30pm Monday-Friday; would consider 15 hours over 4 days). May include occasional weekend work.

We are seeking a confident and passionate administrator to support the Partnership Teams at TLG. By providing an excellent service to supporters and brilliant organisational skills to the Partnership Teams, the post-holder will help to see the work of TLG grow, giving hope and a future to hundreds of children and families. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, highly organised and who will be driven to ensure efficient systems are in place. The post-holder will have good administrative and customer service experience and will be passionate about seeing the work of TLG grow. TLG Manchester Head Teacher

Starting Salary: £26,880 - £33,647 (SCP 29-37, dependent on experience and qualifications)

TLG is looking for a qualified teacher with a passion to turn around the lives of disaffected young people aged 12-16. Leading our TLG Manchester education centre (alternative provision), the Head Teacher will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programmes with imaginative curricula for disaffected young people, with proven skills and strategies to re-engage those on the verge of exclusion.

Working in partnership with a number of other key stakeholders, the successful applicant will need to develop and maintain excellent links in Manchester with schools, parents, referrers, and other agencies.

The successful candidate will have excellent team and communication skills and a successful track record in leadership and management, as well as a strong and vibrant Christian faith. TLG West London Classroom Teacher

Working as part of the TLG centre team in West London, the Classroom Teacher post provides a unique opportunity to support young people experiencing educational crisis.

TLG West London is a centre for alternative education provision delivering tailored social and educational interventions for young people. Working in partnership with St Paul’s Hammersmith, the Classroom Teacher will play an integral role in enabling young people to get their lives back on track, through delivering innovative programmes, and working with the Centre Manager to ensure that the education centre achieves success.

The role involves assistance with the planning and delivery of lessons, leading sessions as timetabled and providing one-to-one support as appropriate to bring excellence to the young people’s learning experience.  The individual will also act as a link between TLG’s students, their families and the church community.

We’re looking for an innovative, creative & strategic leader to lead our business systems strategy at TLG. We’ve got a really talented team of national support managers, who are either specialists in leading programmes to support children & families, or leading the teams who support our programme delivery; some are techy, others less so. With excellent communication skills and a solution focussed approach, the Business Systems Manager will oversee the provision of technology support to all key department managers, leading the negotiation, design, management of change & implementation of appropriate systems and new technologies.

The Business Systems Manager will play a key role in the wider leadership and influence of TLG, becoming part of the National Management Team, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping TLG’s broader strategy and direction.
