HR experience in a growing Education Charity?
TLG is looking for a part-time HR Officer to support and
implement the effective delivery of Human Resource Management within the
organisation. TLG is a Christian charity that works with
young people who have been excluded from school, at risk of exclusion or are at
crisis point in their education.
As a rapidly growing organisation, you
will play a key role in delivering an effective HR service to our education
centres across the country, whilst upholding TLG’s Christian ethos.
Proven experience and understanding of
generalist human resource management is required, including recruitment,
induction, employment law policies, appraisals and L&D. You will have up to date knowledge of
employment law legislation, and have the confidence to provide advice and
support on a wide range of HR issues.
Reporting to the HR and L&D Manager, you will work closely with
colleagues to drive through consistently high standards of HR practice across
the organisation.
We are looking for a proactive individual, with excellent
communication and IT skills to fulfil this role. You ideally will have an HR
qualification and be at least part-CIPD qualified.
