The Fast Track Intern programme is a unique opportunity to undertake a gap year of accelerated leadership and career development within a pioneering charity. As an organisation that is under continual expansion, we are looking to recruit exceptional individuals aged 21 and over to work and develop alongside senior managers and wider staff team.
In brief, The Fast Track programme is all about developing you as a leader. You will spend 4 to 5 days a week which will be split between spending time within different departments and teams within TLG. This will incorporate vast and diverse experiences that range from leading on activities within the education team through to involvement in strategic development.
You will have the opportunity to undertake a year of accelerated leadership and career development - building on individual passions, skills and interests to make a difference in the lives of young people and their families from across the UK. TLG will invest in you by developing a bespoke leadership programme that will help teach you the management tools to help you in your future career development.
We are looking to recruit exceptional individuals aged 21 and over who have a strong and vibrant Christian Faith combined with a passion for young people, to work and develop alongside senior managers and wider staff team.
You will be located at our National Support Centre in Bradford or at one of our
local centres throughout the UK. Fast Track placements are available in
departments across the organisation in such areas as Fundraising, National
Development, Operations and Education.
The programme commences on 23rd August 2010 and lasts for 11 months.
